These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc. Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying and participating in this Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by the terms herein.

The Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc. Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals and businesses who refer qualified leads to our services. As an Affiliate, you will receive compensation for driving high-quality, paying clients to Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc., helping to grow our customer base while earning commissions for successful sales generated through your unique promotional efforts.

Our Program enables Affiliates to leverage their networks, marketing channels, and expertise to promote services they trust and benefit financially from results achieved. Through transparent tracking, timely payments, and clear guidelines, our goal is to foster a mutually beneficial partnership built on integrity, compliance, and shared success.

This Agreement clearly outlines the qualification criteria for leads, commission structures, promotional requirements, compliance obligations, and both parties’ rights and responsibilities to ensure a fair and professional Affiliate Program experience.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
  • You must submit a complete and accurate application, subject to our approval and ongoing review.
  • You agree to maintain accurate contact and payment information, and update it promptly if it changes.
  • By participating, you agree to comply with all applicable Canadian and U.S. federal, state, and international laws, including:
    • Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL),
    • U.S. CAN-SPAM Act,
    • U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guidelines,
    • Privacy laws such as Canada’s PIPEDA and EU’s GDPR (if promoting to EU residents), and
    • Any state-specific laws (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act – CCPA).

2. Qualified Leads

Commission: Affiliates will earn a commission ranging from $200 to $350 USD for each Confirmed Lead that successfully results in a sale of eligible design services provided by Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc.

Qualified Referral:
A Qualified Referral is a business or individual who:

  • Is referred to us through your unique affiliate tracking link or referral form;

  • Provides valid and accurate contact information, including name, company (if applicable), email, and phone number;

  • Has not been previously engaged as a lead, prospect, or client in our records within the prior 180 days to prevent duplicate or recycled referrals;

  • Aligns with our target customer profile and geographic focus (primarily Canada and the United States).

Confirmed Lead:
A Qualified Referral becomes a Confirmed Lead when:

  • They enter into a signed, valid services contract with Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc. for eligible design services;

  • Pay the initial deposit or first invoice in full within 90 days following the date of referral;

  • The sale is verified internally as compliant with Program terms and conditions.

3. Tracking & Attribution

  • Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link and associated tracking cookies placed on the user’s browser, enabling us to attribute leads and sales to your promotional efforts.
  • We use a last-click attribution model, meaning that the Affiliate whose tracking link was the last valid click before the referred user signs a client agreement and pays the initial invoice will receive credit and commission for that referral. This model assigns full credit to the final touchpoint, acknowledging the affiliate whose efforts directly influenced the conversion at the closing stage.
  • The cookie window lasts for 90 days from the user’s first click on an affiliate link. If the user returns and converts within this period without a later click from a different affiliate, the original affiliate retains credit.
  • If multiple affiliates refer the same user within the cookie period, only the last valid click before the purchase will be recognized for commission purposes.
  • While last-click attribution is simple and widely used, it does not account for previous touchpoints in the customer journey, such as awareness-building or engagement activities performed by other affiliates or channels. Nonetheless, it is the agreed and applied method for this Program.
  • In the unlikely event of tracking failures or discrepancies caused by technical errors, system outages, or third-party platform issues, Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc. reserves the right to make a good-faith manual attribution determination based on internal records, logs, and available data to fairly allocate referral credit.
  • Affiliates understand and accept the limitations of tracking systems and agree that decisions made in good faith by Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc. regarding attribution shall be final and binding.

4. Commissions & Payouts

    • Commission Rate:
      Commissions are set between $200 and $350 USD per confirmed lead, depending on the service promoted and provided the lead meets all qualification and payment criteria:
      $200 for Presentation services
      • $250 for Video services
      • $350 for eLearning services
    • Payment Timing:
      Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, with payments processed and issued within 7 business days following the end of each calendar month. This timing allows for validation, accounting, and processing of commissions.
  • Payments Method

Payments will be made via PayPal.com.

  • Affiliates are responsible for any fees, charges, or currency conversion costs associated with receiving payments.
  • Tax Obligations:
    Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction on all commissions earned.
  • No Salary or Benefits:
    Commissions represent the sole payment from Presentation Geeks Consulting Inc. to the Affiliate. No salaries, benefits, or other compensation will be provided.

9. Activity Reviews, Fraud & Adjustments

  • Affiliate Responsibility: Affiliates are compensated for genuine referrals that meet the Program’s requirements. We do not reduce or revoke commissions solely because a referred client cancels or ends services—unless there is evidence that the referral was invalid, fabricated, or obtained through prohibited activity.
  • Fraudulent or Prohibited Activity: If we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, or activity that violates this Agreement (e.g., fake leads, incentivized signups, spam, or non-compliant marketing practices), we may withhold, deny, or claw back related commissions.

  • Effect of Termination: Termination permanently ends your participation in the Program. You will have no further rights to commissions, access, or use of Company intellectual property, except for final payments of valid commissions as described above.

12. Modifications to the Program and Agreement
