Consider how much time you spend creating on-brand, attractive, and professional assets. The back and forth over which fonts, colors, icons, and images to use… sigh – Give it to the Geeks! As presentation experts and trained graphic designers, it’s second nature to capture your professional story, understand your goals, and work with you to create the professional assets that you envisioned.

After contacting our team, we start the Discovery phase. Here ,we gather context and additional information, including existing materials, goals of the project, and who the audience is.

​Our Geeky Style Stylists will then get to work on concepts for you, allowing you to visually conceptualize what the slide will look like.

​Once you pick the favourite option, we move into Development, where your story gets defined and built according to the look and feel of your business or brand.

​Edits and feedback are always encouraged — and included as part of the process. The Geeks won’t stop until you LOVE the results!​

Our standard turnaround for presentation design and development is between 2–4 weeks, while custom presentation or other assets (video, audio) typically take 3–6 weeks. Timelines vary based on the collaborative nature of our process—your feedback and availability play a key role in keeping the project on track.

For urgent needs, we also offer a Geek on the Go rush service to meet shorter deadlines.

Every project is customized, and everyone gets a personal invoice. That being said, we have 3 tiers for predictable needs:

Ideal for refining existing presentations with basic design adjustments.

• The Geek, C’est Chic– Starting at $1,499

Perfect for enhancing existing decks with professional layouts, animations, and branding.

• The Geek-itect – Starting at $3,499

Tailored, comprehensive, from-scratch presentations and assets featuring custom illustrations, advanced animations, and full branding integration

Estimates are approximate and can change if new or additional requests are made. Any scope changes will be communicated, and no additional hours will be charged without prior approval.

A 50% down payment is required before project work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Please kindly note that down payments are non-refundable.

We accept ACH, Wire, and Bill.com.
Credit cards are accepted via PayPal however are subject to a processing fee.

The Geeks always deliver in editable native file formats (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or your preferred platform). We can happily also provide:

• PDF versions for easy sharing
• Video exports for standalone delivery
• Print-ready collateral (PDF or other preferred formats)

While we specialize in PowerPoint due to its robust design capabilities, we can create custom presentations in Google Slides and Prezi.

You’ll receive regularly updated, watermarked, and password-protected files for review. Watermarks and passwords are removed once final payment is received.

Of course! Upon request, any stock images or videos purchased for your project will be provided.

Sure can. Any additional edits can be purchased a la carte on an hourly basis.

No! While there are minor differences between PowerPoint for Mac and Windows, we handle these seamlessly. Our Geeks work on both platforms and will ensure your assets and presentations function correctly on any device.
