    1. The estimate provided is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date issued.
    2. The estimate provided is an estimate only and subject to change based on new or additional requests being made. In the event the project scope changes, the client will be notified.
    3. A 50% down-payment is required prior to project work starting. The remainder of the balance is to be paid upon completion of the project.
    4. Project downpayment is non-refundable.
    5. The preferred payment method will be done via ACH or Wire Transfer. Credit card payments made via PayPal.com are subject to a 5% processing fee.
    6. Design time needed within 72 hours is considered a “rush rate” and may be subject to a 1.5x rate charge.
    7. Throughout the design process, regularly updated watermarked and password-protected files will be sent to the client for review. The watermarked and password will be removed upon receipt of final payment.
    8. Upon project completion, and final payment in full, a fully-editable version of all final project files will be sent to the client.
    9. Additional edits following the completion of the project can be purchased ala carte on an hourly basis.
    10. Projects that exceed 2 weeks past the proposed timeline with no action taken by the client may be subject to a temporary pause of project development and/or a project delay surcharge.
